Refunds & Exchanges

Please contact us via email or phone if you wish to exchange or return your purchase for what ever reason.

We will then email you a returns form for you to send back with the item/s within 30 working days, for an exchange or full refund (excluding postage). We recommend you use registered post as it is your responsibility to ensure the item/s arrive safely back to us.

Please ensure you leave all swing tags & labels attached & do not wear or wash the garment. We cannot accept returns that have been worn or tampered with.

If you are exchanging your purchase for another size or style, we will not charge you any further postage for re-delivery of your first exchange. Items will be sent via registered airmail only. An additional postage charge will be incurred if you wish to have the items sent via EMS courier.
