All orders are processed within 2 working days. Items ordered that are out of stock will automatically be back ordered & OZ FACTOR™ will contact the customer by email to inform of expected delivery dates.
We use the services of Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia & overseas.
Once orders are sent from OZ FACTOR Distribution Australia it is not possible for us to track orders unless a trackable method has been selected. Please check below for more details. We can not be resposible for orders sent using non trackable methods once the order leaves our distribution centre.
We will contact you via email with a tracking number if you have chosen a tracking method of shipment.
Overseas delivery prices charged on this site do not include any customs charges or duties that you may incur.
